There was no air conditioning and hairdryer. The WiFi Internet has a very low signal, very difficult to use.

The staff was very friendly. They had free parking, which was really nice. The breakfast was unfortunately very poor; essentially only toast and coffee. The advertised free WiFi didn't work during the time we stayed there, so don't count on that. The free pc did work just fine.

We arrived after a stressful drive with crazy florence drivers to an off road FREE carpark -GREAT! The staff are very very helpful (spoke english) and helped us navigate to Cirque Terre, Hertz where we dropped car off, and also gave a detailed map for sightseeing - GREAT! Very clean, tidy, quiet room however toilet wasn't working when we arrived - this was fixed promptly. The air-conditioning unit wasn't working so it was very HOT. Breakfast was good. But overall, we loved our stay!
