Bed and Breakfast Four Rooms - Florence

The location of this place simply can't be beat, it is right around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and just a block from the main Piazza del Signoria! Would recommend this to anyone, and the price is very good too!

The reasons I liked the four rooms is: 1. nearness to all major atractions - Uffizi, Ponte Vechhio, Pitte Piazza, Duomo 2. Very clean and well kept room with a very good bed and clean sheets. Mine was a short stay (1 Night) and this B&B served the purpose. If I had to pick a place for a stay that was for more than 2 nights, I would pick a place that was quieter. As it is in a very prime place, there is lot of street noise that carries to the room. So for longer stays, I would prefer a quieter location.

Overall a very nice place. Biggest shower we had in Italy was a huge plus. Very sweet owner who also runs a nearby restaurant, so on arrival you must call her to let you into your room. The number I reached her on was the "fax number" listed on Venere, so it may take some effort. But she quickly made it over in less than 10 minutes. Only other downside is that the B&B did not provide wi-fi as advertised; fortunately there was an unlocked network in the building we could free-ride off of. Great location in the heart of Florence. A bit of street noise but it did not bother us.

Unbeatable location. The room is modern, spacious and comfortable. We Stayed here for five days and four nights, with a room facing the Arno river and the street. When the window is closed, it muffles the city sound significantly. I liked opening the window, watching the tourists moving about, and hearing the ebbs and waves of city noises during the day. At night, the parties can continue into the early morning on the weekend. I didn't have trouble sleeping through all that noise though, after a long day of walking around. We spent a whole week in Tuscany countryside for peace and quietness. When we arrived in Florence, we wanted to be in the midst of activities, able to walk to all attractions with ease and able to come back to our accomodation for short break after lunch. It worked out perfectly

It's located right in the inner city, the hotel sorroundings are wonderful. The B&B is very welcoming and nice. Eva and Stefania are really kind.

Great location and great breakfasts by Anna! Very clean and host Eva made us feel like home away from home. Free internet available. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again when back in Firenze!

This was the first time I stayed at B&B four Rooms. The room was large enough with clean bathroom though the shower room was extremely small. There was wireless internet access in the room so good value for traveller with laptop. However it was said there would be elevator in the building but I found it impossible to use because there was stairs before I could reach the elevator. The elevator did not reach the floor where B&B Four rooms located. The air condition did not work well in summer time. The water was not really hot enough for shower. I would suggest to come in spring or fall, not summer or winter time. There is no telephone in the room so it might be a little inconvenient.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima, e così pure il resto del soggiorno. Grande disponibilità. La camera e il bagno erano puliti e comodi. Posizione del B&B centralissima e vicina ai principali monumenti di Firenze. Ottimo!

The B&B four rooms was just perfect, everybody was very friendly and helpful The room has a nice furniture and was very well cleaned, but the best of all was its location, just perfect!!

The location of Four Rooms is just perfect for seeing all the sights. And at a good price, too.The B&B itself was very lovely and Anna extremely friendly and helpful. Beeing the only guests at that time, it was very quiet, too. We would strongly recommend it for everyone, who doesn´t need the buzz of a bigger hotel, and we will definitely stay at Four Rooms, whenever we come back to Florence!

Anna was a wonderful hostess and the breakfasts she served were the best we had at B&Bs in Italy. Everything was so fresh and healthy. The location of this place is perfect for sight seeing and, as we were the only guests in residence, it was quiet and we felt right at home. Free access to the internet was a bonus. The bathroom was small but adequate. Recommended!

We were supposed to stay 4 nights and we quit after the first one because we couldn't sleep because of the noise and if you arrive after 12h00 you need to come with a cell phone because you have to call someone to come and give you the keys. except that anna is very nice.and you are in the best area of the city (that can explain the noise )and the breakfast is very good.

It's neccesary to anticipate by phone if you arrive after 12.00 am becouse there is nobody in the afternoon. This matter will be included in your web information

I just loved it! it was homely and welcoming. the owner was so generous and had loads of food for us at all times. we didn't want to leave the place. the location is excellent and just walking distance from all the sites
