Bed and Breakfast Colori - Florence

The room is very comfortable. I love the decoration. It's really easy to find the hostel. Moreover, the hostel is also near to other attractions. The owner is very nice, he recommended some great restaurants to us which really worth the money. In short, it's a great value for money.

The room I got was very colorful and pretty. Even share bath, but no one disturb me and I could use it anytime I need.Only the negative point was the location. far from the center, there were bus access, but it wasn't convenient(expensive and not many buses) After dark, it's not recommendable to walk alone.

My only complaint is that there was no real public area. The dining room table was always occupied, so there was no real place to hang out other than our bedroom. The AC worked well. We had the triple room. The breakfast was cereal/toast and good coffee. The place was a little hard to find only because Florence has two different sets of house numbers - one in red and one in black. I can't remember which is for houses and which for business, but know there are two sets!! So as you near the door, the numbers change sequence 100, 102, 85, 88, 112... keep walking, you'll get there. The area is not central to most activities but we did fine with bus and walking. This would be fine for single travelers, we were new to Europe and felt very safe.

We have been to Florence for one week and we had an incredible time there. The B&B was just perfect. We have been in several places in Italy but this was by far the best both in quality and price. Pascal is a very nice person and his homemade jams are awesome. The rooms are very spacious and clean and it really makes you feel like home. In front of the B&B you can take several buses to different places of Florence or just can walk and you will be in 5min in the Pitti Palace, 10min for the Ponte Vecchio, 15min for the Piazza de la Signoria or 20min to the SMN Station. I am aware of how difficult is to find a good place to stay in Italy so if you go to Florence just go to this B&B. You will not regret it.

Excellent accomodation with very welcoming hosts. It is in convenient walking distance of the centre of Florence. So if you want a quiet, inexpensive, bed for the night whilst doing all museums and sights of Florence, this has got to be a good choice.

Wonderful homely atmosphere, very good services, welcoming staff, I really liked the whole idea of colours and their harmony. Suitable location in Florence. Simply, I enjoyed the stay, everything was perfect.

A wonderful place very clean and quiet in the center of Firenze. Pascal the householder is available and can give you a lot of information on the city during a hearty breakfast.
