Bed and Breakfast Antiche Armonie - Florence

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights here and we loved it. It is about a 10-12 minute walk from the train station(away from the tourist sites), but Florence isn't that big for it to be a big issue. Just make sure you take Via Luigi Alamanni to the hotel and not Via Valfonda which we did upon arrival because it will add 15 minutes to your walk. The staff was extremely helpful with showing us how to get around to all the sites and they even recommended some great affordable restaurants to eat at (especially in Oltrarno - you wil have dinner here to know why). The staff also provided us with a bus map and routes in case we wanted to take a bus, which we thought we might, but never had to because we walked every where. The room was a double and it was a big room that fit the bed and left you plenty of room to walk around in. Private bathroom was always clean and breakfast was dropped off in our room each afternoon. The air conditioner was modern and kept the room cool which was important because it was extremely hot outside. The room was cleaned everyday which was nice to come back to during the afternoon. Overall we had a great experience here and would definately recommend this bed and breakfast to others looking to spend a few days in Florence.

My daughter and i really enjoyed our stay at this B&B - THE owner was very personable and helpful - he also reccommended an excellent tour which we went on - just a little far to walk with suitcases to rail station - but i would definitely go back Rick

This is a nice B&B with very helpful and accommodating staff. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. The en-suite bathroom was acceptable although could be cleaned up a little. The breakfast is ok and there is a mini bar / fridge in the room. There is a coffee machine (1 free per night per person, 50 cents per coffee after) which helps. It's in a quiet area 10min walk from the train station and 20-30min walk from main attractions. Free wifi. Recommended.

Located near to SMN station, Alessio was kind enough on everything :-), was a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Antiche Armonie. Our room was well decorated and large enough for 2. It was clean, and had a fridge filled with drinks (at low price). Also an espresso machine in the hallway. Our host, Alessio was very nice and attentive. Very good location, at walking distance from all major attractions. We would definitively go back.

I went to florence on vacation and i would definetly stay at the hotel again.
