This was a great find! About 10 min walk from the train station and 15 from the old city.The room and bathroom were really clean and had all the basic things we required. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, hairdryer & even a drying line for clothes!The rooftop terrace was a really nice place to relax.Matteo was extremely helpful and willing to answer all of our questions about getting around Florence and the sights to see.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Alla Dimora Altea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was really cosy and very clean! It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center by walk. Great plus for the big terrace.

We were very satisfied with the romantic room and very attractive furniture. The host guy was very kind and told us a lot of nice informations. But it was placed a little bit far from the main station. We could be told to take a bus to B&B.

Very close to main train station, to the Fortezza da Basso (great option if you are attending a trade show) and to the city center. Not noisy albeit located in a very busy road. Reasonable price. Breakfast consists of in room coffee maker, juice and croissant. Overall very recommended.

By carFrom the highway, exit at 'Firenze Nord' following the directions to the 'centro'. Take Viale Guidoni and Viale Redi that merge with Viale Belfiore in front of Dimora Altea. Take Via Guido Monaco and turn left in Via Cittadella, just on the back of Dimora Altea.
By train
From Santa Maria Novella train station, exit on via Alemanni street. Proceed via Alemanni street, until Viale Fratelli Rosselli. Cross Viale Fratelli Rosselli and then proceed on Via Guido Monaco. At the end of the street on the right you will find Dimora Altea in Viale Belfiore, 58.
