We are in the middle of a cultural and enogastronomic area: secular olive trees – in the “lama” nearby the Masseria – only 2 km from the seaside end Egnathia excavations, near Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisterino, Noci, Putignano, Monopoli, Polignano a mare...

Masseria Pelosella it’s half built into a rock settlement: its kitchen/breakfast hall is in a circular cave, as the private bathrooms digged in the rocks in every room.
Masseria Pelosella takes its name from a special flower, the Hieracium pilosella (mouseear hawkweed) - an ancient remedy for many illnesses: you can easily find it on the walls of the lama near the farm - now grown with olive trees - a karst depression, once a collecting area for medicinal herbs.

Room Details
We want to welcome our guests in rooms completely refurbished respecting their ancient style, in double rooms bringing names of therapeutic flowers: Nigella (black sesame used to flavor the bread and as skincare), Acanto (acanthus, with emollient properties and beautiful leaves), Altea (althaea, with heart-shaped petals, used to get calm and as cosmetic) and Papavero (poppy, energizing and painkiller), a studio apartment for four people.Every room is independent, provided with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
Accommodation features at Masseria Pelosella include patios and air conditioning. Rooms open onto balconies. Guests can kick back at the end of a busy day and enjoy 32-inch high-definition televisions. Business travelers visiting the Monopoli area will have access to free wireless high-speed Internet access.
