Not the fanciest place to stay, but certainly worth every penny. Yes, rooms are cold, but we were PLENTY warm enough with all the blankets. Look around, winter in Peru is cold at night, and there are very few heaters anywhere, including hostals. As for the reports on hot water, there is plenty, but you have to turn on the hot water full blast, and let it come through the pipes. Add cold water after the hot has been presented. The personnel here are exceptional. Went well out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and would love to stay here again.
