This luxury guest house, dating from the Victorian era is set in its own grounds and its private walled garden with gazebo, ponds and cascades make for an enchanting ambiance.
The rooms in Belvedere Lodge are comfortable, spacious and offer some great views of the hotel’s private garden. In the garden, you will be able to relax in tranquil and calm surroundings. Don’t forget to bring your golf clubs as there are over 15 golf courses located within 10 to 15 minutes drive away from Belvedere Lodge. However, golf is not the only reason to visit Cork; this beautiful and historic city and surrounding countryside will give you an authentic experience of Ireland; while in Belvedere Lodge you will experience true Irish hospitality.

I fully recommend this place to stay in Cork. There is only one iimportante point to have in mind: it is far away from town center so you have to have a car to stay here.

We loved the place. We had to make a change in the booking at the last minute and there was no problem. The place was beautiful and the breakfast wonderful.The bathroom had all we needed. The only problem is that you need a bus or a car to go to the centre although you can catch the bus just at the door.

How to reach B&B Belvedere Lodge
By car
Coming from Dublin on the N8. At the intersection with the N25, stay on the N8 in the direction of Cory City. Do not go under the Tunnel. £ km after the intersection, Belvedere Lodge is on the right side.
Coming from Rosslare / Waterford on the N25. At the intersection with the N8, take the N8 in the direction of Cork City. Do not go under the tunnel. After 3 Km, Belvedere Lodge is on the right side.
Coming from Galway / Limerick on the N20, follow the signs into the City Centre. Then follow the signs for Dublin (N8). Pass the train station. After 1.5 km, Belvedere Lodge is on the left.
Coming from Kerry / Killarney on the N22, continue straight on the City by-pass until you go under the Jack Lynch Tunnel (This is the only tunnel in Cork). After you come out of the tunnel, turn left in the direction of Cork City. After 3 km Belvedere Lodge is on the right.
By public transportation
From the Airport, we recommend that you take a taxi.
From the Bus Station, take any bus in the direction of Tivoli.
