The structure is immersed in the heart of Catania in the vicinity of the most renowned areas and sites that make it a city of historical and cultural interest as the central Etnea, Piazza Duomo, and the charming harmony of the "Fiera", a typical daily market and the "Pescheria", historical fish market.
A few steps from the B & B is the railway station and the urban and suburban buses that connect major tourist cities in Sicily, the airport only 10 min. far and even bathing areas, the "Playa" and more. You can also admire the central architectural wonders of the city and enjoy typical Sicilian cuisine and the hilarity of Catania nightlife.
The structure has also sunny terrace which offers guests the opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation and to have breakfast outside.

I have to separate management and the hotel and location. The management of the hotel is very friendly, welcoming and English-speaking. Nice home-made breakfast, kitchen facilities is abailable. Management is really helpful, you can get Internet, maps, advices free of charge. I would thank them for nice time and smiles :)) But the hotel is located on the 5ht floor! No elevator (lift) - great gymnastics ;)) You have to call to the hotel so manager will come to help you with your stuff. You will get 5 keys from every door to get to your room :))) so it takes time. Room is small, with windows on the slope of the roof but everything is new and very-very clean.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

For stays longer than five days we apply a discount of 10%.

In case of no show or late cancellation 1 night will be charged on your credit card
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 4 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
