Bed and Breakfast Il Sogno - Anacapri, Capri

The location and the property is great. Just a few recommendations: add a chair or luggage rack in the room to place belongings. also, the bathroom has no hooks for wet towels, clothing, personal items. The shower is very small, but it also needs a place to put the soap, shampoo, razor, etc.

The B & B is near the Grotta azzuraza. The room I reserved is awesome and clean. By the way, there is a cute dog called " cookies." And the host is so nice althogh we arrived there at 10 PM.

Really excellent - in allmost every aspect. It was a pleasure!

Convenient location in Anacapri. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants very easily. There are only 3 rooms as with most B&B in Italy. I suggest booking the large one with the wrap around balcony. We had a great view of the island of Ischia and the nice sunset each day. The breakfast is nice and simple - cereal, yogurt, cakes, pastries, etc. They made one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. This has nothing to do with the B&B, but Capri is overrun with tourists all year long so be prepared.

Cash only Excellent location, take the bus to Anacapri, get off in the town square, and walk down a back alley and you are there in 1 min. The gardens were beautiful, quiet, the room was so nice, I loved this bed and breakfast more than any other on our trip, I would go back in a min. The pictures are exactly as you see them. The host and hostess are wonderful. He owns a hotel with 60 rooms on the island and you can swim there for free if you chose to. The breakfast was outside on the patio. What a super place!!

I signori Coppola, i proprietari, sono persone squisite, colte, intelligenti, rispettose della privacy, affabili ed affidabili. Il B&B si trova in una viuzza interna di Anacapri, ma molto vicina al centro, ai negozi, ai ristoranti ed alla fermata dei pullmann e dei taxi per cui tutta l'isola, spiagge comprese, può essere visitata agevolmente; tuttavia per noi l'aspetto più bello sono state le lunghe passeggiate, sia in discesa che in salita, effettuate per raggiungere le spiagge e le località archeologiche o storiche ed artistiche; grazie ad esse abbiamo potuto ottenere una notevole forma fisica, fuori dalle palestre!!!

This was our first time at Il Sogno, in Anacapri, and on the island of Capri. It's a beautiful setting and worked very well for us as we preferred the Anacapri side of the island over the Capri side. We would like to return to the island again and would certainly consider staying at Il Sogno again when we do. Claudio is an excellent host who provides plenty of privacy yet is also most accommodating, helpful, and friendly at the same time.

The situation was very calm and good with a garden. Near to the bus station and near to the center of Ana Capri. Very friendly staff.

Warm italian hospitality in the best way-even better-you could dream of.You felt as a personal friend coming home to very good hosts,although this was our first visit to Capri.In many ways the host gave us much more of differet highly qualified service,considering the room,fridge,breakfast than is expected.

Nice quite location. Would have loved to have a room with a balcony. A few minor suggestions such as a coffee pot in the breakfast room on a timer for early morning coffee and a few hooks to hang clothing on in the room and bathroom. Otherwise, owners were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this over Capri even though its out of the way from the mainstream activity. The restaurant the owners recommended, Le Acarte was fabulous, so good we went there for dinner the two nights we were in Anacapri.
