Very nice B&B, the staff is very kind and disposable. The location is comfortable from every parts of the city.

The bathroom, or the shower cubicle to be more specific, was a bit small in addition to being surrounded by a plastic curtain.

Budapest is a beautiful city! Evergreen is conveniently located near the subway and you can walk everywhere, Rooms very clean and the beds with delicious duvets. Mia was very friendly and recommended the best places thank you very much for a very good stay

Excellent B & B. Very good rooms and great breakfast. Landlady (Susanna) very helpful, also speaks English. Excellent location, just outside the main centre but within walking distance. Very close to Train, Metro and Tram stops. Highly recommended.

Our room was clean, had all of the amenities, was spacious and well lit with both natural and artificial light. The breakfast provided was varied in content and there was tea coffee and fruit at any hour. Edith was friendly an helpful with information about Budapest, getting around and translations. The location of Evergreen is terrific - putting one near all transportation important sites and shopping. Tips: Instead of a tourist card like the "Budapest Card" buy a 24,48 or 72 hour travel card at the metro stations and you can travel anywhere on Metro, buses, trolleys, trams and even certain finiculares quickly and in comfort. When at the Castle. Go to the back and down the steps to Kovacs street and find the Hospital in the Mountain which is a hospital turned untra secret nuclear shelter and medical facility - fascinating

This B&B offers best quality accomodation in an excellent standard! First, when you see the building, you ask yourself where the h... you have landed. The bigger the surprise, when you enter the spacious and clean rooms! George, the owner must have invested a lot to make a hotel-like accomodation out of a typical, large Budapest flat, occupying almost an entire floor in a large end-of-19th century building

George made this a wonderful stay-- the owner / manager is friendly, interesting, intelligent and knows the city. He offered tips on travel and discussed the city and his life, too! What a wonderful host and wonderful B&B!!! Rooms are not 'fancy' - they are warm, roomy, clean - modern but with charm. Our room was ready at 10 am! A hotel would not do that-- but George made it possible!! SUPER!!!!!!! We loved it!

We had a great time, the Evergreen guest room were exactly what they indicated. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Access to the metro was great. I have already started recommending it to friends.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in Sep'08 and found the rooms exceptionally clean and tastefully appointed. Very helpful staff too. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The appartment is really nice and spacious, newly refurbished, in an old building, the owner is pleasant, served us breakfast (continental, nothing fancy but tasteful, with hungarian salami, of course). The bed is very big, old-style, we had a good nights sleep. There is a huge shopping centre nearby, it has good public transport connections. Excellent moneys worth.
