Bed and Breakfast Villa des Raisins - Bruges

This was a most pleasant experience, We stayed for four nights over christmas, we were made welcome by gert with offers of refreshment in the cosy lounge immediately upon arrival. We were then taken to our room which was the Chatue nuef du pap room, it was worthy of a four star hotel room. Geert is an excellent chef and at breakfast would bring you little suprise plates which were so tasty. Carine and gert offered guests the option of a Chistmas eve dinner that was very reasonably priced, This turned out to be the highlight of our trip, the meal and the company was spectacular, again worthy of any 4 star hotel. Carine and Geert are the nicest and most attentive hosts in every aspect. We will be back.

This was our first stay at a b&b, when we arrived we were greeted by the owner and his wife, Geert and Catine with a choice of drinks. We had a beautiful cold Belgian beer. Our room was on the second floor which meant climbing some steep stairs. We had a balcony facing the street. The room had a small bar frig. with complimentary drinks. The bathroom very clean with a small shower, the toiletries were very good. The room was service daily. Breakfast was the usually wonderful European breakfast. In addition the owner being a chef, would prepare some small Belgian specialities for the guests. We also had the use of the deck which over looked a tranquil garden. Geert and Catine thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, if we visit Brugge again we would like to stay at your b&b.

Very tasteful and we were well looked after. very well located for the historic centre.

Wonderful place to stay - wish we were there tonight. Hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help us out. Owner has been a chef - breakfast was wonderful!! Would love to go back.
