Huis ´T Schaep is a 10-minute walk from the Beguinage. The Groeninge Museum is just over 5 minutes’ walk away. The centre of Ghent is only 40 minutes away by car. The hotel is situated less than a 5-minute walk from the main car park in Bruges.This property has provided all content and is solely responsible for its accuracy.

My husband and I stayed at John & Rob's B&B as a 3 day side trip to Bruges in mid-April while we were stranded in Paris, due to the volcanic ash situation. We were so pleased with the location, outstanding accommodations, breakfasts (expertly prepared by John & Rob), house tour, local tips and first class service. John went out of his way to help us secure our return flight reservations by frequently calling the airlines for us then driving us to the train station for our return to Paris. We stayed in the Rubens Suite, which was enormous and beautifully decorated. The bathroom (twin sinks, claw-footed tub, separate commode) and huge shower was bigger than our hotel room in Paris! The bed was extremely comfortable (with head and foot adjustments) and the area was quiet, yet close to all the areas of interest. Don't miss this gem.

This was a little gem. The history of the house was fasinating and the proprietors very knowledgeable and interesting. Not many places have stainedglass windows in the bathroom! Full marks.
