From Bari, take the S.S.379 road, then merge onto the Tangenziale di Brindisi and take the airport exit. Then take the S.P. 41 (Litoranea) road.

From Lecce, take the S.S. 613 road, then merge onto the Tangenziale di Brindisi and take the airport exit. Then take the S.P. 41 (Litoranea) road.

From Taranto, take the S.S. 7, then merge onto the Tangenziale di Brindisi and take the airport exit. Then take the S.P. 41 (Litoranea) road.

From Brindisi take the S.P. 41 road, following the Punta Penne direction.
