The manager was a lovely lady very helpful and kind. However she spoke no English so be prepared if you cannot speak Italian. The bed and breakfast was very close to the train station and about a 10-15 minute walk from piazza loggia and piazza Vittoria. The rooms were clean and spacious however had very thin walls and noisy neighbors. It was a suitable place for our two night stay and I definitely recommend it.
