LOCATION:
It’s situated in Bracciano, a peaceful and touristic place; it’s 35 km from Roma and 40 km from Viterbo and it’s connected by a metropolitan service of railway and a bus service.

How to reach from Rome highway your own transport:
From North of Rome: Go to the Grande Raccordo Anulare exit n° 5 Cassia Veientana (Cassia Bis) direction for Viterbo – exit for Cesano – continue Osteria Nuova – at the intersection with S.S. Braccianense follow the directions for Bracciano.
From East on Rome: Go to the Grande Raccordo Anulare exit n° 1 Aurelia direction Civitavecchia exit for Ceri – follow the directions for Bracciano.
From Fiumicino Airport: Go to highway for Rome – exit highway A12 for Civitavecchia – exit Cerveteri – go forward Cerveteri – follow the directions for Bracciano.
How to reach from North highway your own transport:
A1 Milano-Roma - exit Orte – highway direction Viterbo – after you passed Viterbo exit Vetralla – continue for Vetralla – after you passed Vetralla continue for S.S. Cassia in direction Rome – exit Settevene – Trevignano go toward Trevignano – follow the directions for Bracciano.
How to reach with public transport:
Line Metropolitana F.S. underground (railway): Joint Rome get the metropolitan line A direction Battistini – set off Valle Aurelia station – set train direction Viterbo get off at Bracciano station.
From Fiumicino airport : Get the metropolitan for Rome – continue as above directions.
Joint Bracciano:
Go toward Bracciano 2 (Ciao Italia Village) go to via Castel Giuliano from Bracciano toward Castel Giuliano for 800 mt. (Scuola di Artiglieria on the right) turn left at the first intersections. After you pass the Court (on your right), continue for at least 300 mt. until intersection, at the intersection get the street on right, stop at the first rate at your right were you find B & B, (we advice to print this).
