Made to feel very welcome, and lots of information given by the management. Excellent breakfast. Great location, right on the promenade, with free parking. Let down by the soft mattress which was uncomfortable

at end of the M55 follow car/coach parks signs (right lane )over the helter skelter roundabout on to Yeadon way , over the mini roundabout x2 under the bridge take your 1st available left before the Football ground, through the traffic lights straight over on to the promenade take a left onto the promenade and we are then 2 blocks along .
