Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and bed linen were of an excellent quality. The room was easy to make dark for a good night sleep. On the negative side, flushing the toilet in the bathroom next door was very noisy (it would wake you up). Also power plugs were hard to reach (behind furniture). The bathroom was clean and spacious (sharing with other guests) and had a bath! Shower water pressure was quite weak and water only comes to temperature after more than 5 minutes. A big negative for me personally. Otherwise a pleasant B&B with a good breakfast and relatively easy to get into the old town (walk is tough uphill, but bus is quite a fun experience).

The location is a bit off the old city but can be reached easily by a 15min walk. The friendliness of the personal was exceptional!

Residenza Luisa is located so far from Cittá Alta; (30 m walking), so you need to use bus frecuently. The timetables at the bus-stops are very difficult to understand. When you want to return to the B&B in the evening, tou don´t have any buses from 8 p.m. I Think is better to reserve some B&B closer to Porta Nuova or even in Cittá Alta

The B&B Residenza Luisa offers 3 bedrooms with every kind of comfort, spacious and well furnished with balcony independent.The three rooms are divided for size and comfort, a wedding bedroom equipped with bathroom, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding third bed, and a single bedroom.
