Da Cece e Simo Bed & Breakfast - Bergamo

This B&B is really well-run and well-appointed. Spacious, very clean, great amenities including all kinds of quality beauty products in the bathroom and a real hair dryer. Breakfast is good and you have access to coffee/tea, water, juice, fruit, yogurt, and other snacks at all times. Nice outside terrace as well for breakfast or relaxing. Wifi is very good and available throughout the property. If you are a light sleeper, you should request a room on the floor ABOVE the breakfast room as you will hear guests/espresso machine at 7:30 when breakfast begins. Otherwise, a great location and excellent accommodation/staff.

This B & B is excellent quality and a lovely place to stay. I wished I had more than one night there. The room & bathroom were large and freshly decorated, with a double bed (had only booked a single). The receptionist was welcoming and helpful and there is a free coffee machine, as well as a fresh water station. There is free wifi & sky tv. The only downside is the staircase up to reception & the rooms, but this is a small detraction from a great property. I took the local bus from the station & was able to walk from the B & B to Citta Alta in approx 20 min. Bergamo was a lovely place to include on my holiday.

Just what we wanted. But if infirm, beware, no lift. An extra chair in the room would have been useful. Breakfast simple and self-service but beautifully fresh.
