Bed and Breakfast Al Vicolo - Bergamo

We found this bed and breakfast searching on internet. The location helped us making our decision to stay and the good comments too. Very happy with the stay and breakfast was very appreciated. It's good to have access to a fridge and to make your own hot or cold drinks too.

Al vicolo is situated in the cita alta, old city, in a stylish though traditional house. charming. we had a very pleasant stay, great breakfast, locality is perfectly close to the city center. rooms quiet and clean, staff helpful and kind, although not speaking very much english. definitely reccommendable, would come again.

Al Vicolo was a charming place to stay, our room was comfortable and clean , the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very nice.

Great location for short visit in Bergamo, just some steps from Citta Alta, friendly people. Rooms are tiny and not so quiet.

Staying in Al Vicolo was an absolute pleasure. We were collected from the airport, showed our lovely room, given all the information we needed to get around Bergamo and into Milan. It was such a relaxed and easy stay, breakfast was great with pastries, toast, meats, cheese, fruit, tea, coffee and fruit juices. We stayed 2 days in the rain in November and we loved all of it - it must be an amazing place in high season in fine weather!

Excellent hotel with great staff and facilities! Location is amazing! Situated in the old city center and close to bus stop. Recommendable to friends and family!

I love travelling across Italy stopping in lots of places. Bergamo’s «citta alta» is one of the most beautiful ones. «Al vicolo» is the best accommodation you can find - a quiet place in the very heart of the «citta alta», easy access guaranteed. A cosy courtyard with birds singing in the morning, spacious elegant sitting-room with a TV set, a sofa, a coffee table and a large breakfast table for eight persons on the ground floor, a fridge and a kettle, tea/coffe making facilities . Three small bedrooms and two exterior bathrooms (a smaller ‘privata’ and a larger ‘shared’ one)on the first floor. Might not suit everybody, but me and my husband liked it a lot, and the breakfasts were very good. I would gladly spend the whole summer there.

Très bien situé dans la ville haute ce qui résout tout problème de transport, et un pass pour le véhicule est prévu avec la location de la chambre petit jardinet très mignon

BEWARE, WE BOOKED TO STAY AT AL VICOLO, BUT ON ARRIVAL WE WERE DIRECTED TO ANOTHER B and B, OK AT FIRST, BUT PLEASE NOTE,,,, SHARED BATHROOM IS NOT AS IT SEEMS, SHARED ACCOMODATION INCLUDING THE TOILET AND BATHROOM IS MORE PRECISE, NOT FROM MY POINT OF VIEW TO BE RECOMMENDED. OLD TOWN VERY PLEASANT.

Modern, clean and crisp with a lovely courtyard and a healthy, pretty ten-minute walk to the center of romantic Bergamo.

Very nice with pickup at airport, we were 5 hours lat and arrived at 0100 and still service was perfect.
