Bed and Breakfast Donizetti - Bergamo

It was a lovely stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming, they even helped me in getting around with the very unfortunate flight-timings! Bergamo is absolutely beautiful and the B&B is not far away from the old town, very close to the center. The rooms are very clean and spacious, as well as the bathrooms. And the breakfast is good too! All in all, I recommend this B&B for any travelers passing-by or staying for longer :]

Eufemia and her husband were very welcoming. We arrived later than we were supposed to but Mr Avesio was waiting outside the B&B for us and they took us in their car to a very good local restaurant. We also ate at the restaurant across from the B&B and we had some excellent seafood, again the owner was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend B&B Donizetti to anyone.

A fantastic B&B. It's clean and very nice in all ways. The owners are extreme friendly. The only tricky thing is the language. But they have a relative who will help out with translation from english to italian.

It's a very nice little hotel with home-like atmosphere. There are kind affable people working there.

Convenient location, close to the old town, rooms clean and quiet. Very pleasant was the stay, only minus the uniform and sweet breakfast. I recommend.

Travelling with my mother. Perfect stay. Shared bathroom but extremely clean. Wonderful bedroom. Very friendly lady and mother-in-law. Location in the center of Bergamo - cita Bassa, 10 minutes walk from the station, 15 minutes walk to the funicular for Cita Alta (there is a bus too). All in all, perfect value for money.

Excellent place - my favourite during my stay in Italy. Private, quiet, clean and comfortable. The owners are absolutely lovely! And - believe it or not - they serve the best cappuccino. GRAZIE:-)

Fantastic---the couple who met us at the b'b could not have been more welcoming,very helpful,friendly we had a delay on arrival in bergamo so were very grateful to have a warm welcome--they even drove us to a resturant-- i think anyone who intends to spend a long week-end or maybe just 1-2 nights would find this an exellent stop over

The wonderful careful mistress; All very pure and new; Wi-Fi Works perfectly well; Normal "the European breakfast", and on kitchen it is possible to prepare, And also the constantly round the clock free automatic machine for preparation of various kinds of coffee (never met the such!!!). From lacks I will notice that since inherently is the big 5 room communal flat also a bathroom only one that causes certain inconveniences. The conditioner isn't present, instead of it the fan under a ceiling, so in a heat there can be not comfortable temperature.

Excelent b&b People very kindly

I stayed twice - upon arrival and leaving Italy. I was really satisfied. First time i stayed by myself, second time there were couple more rooms occupied, but people were so quiet or soundproof so good, i almost did not feel them presence. Not sure what situation would be when all rooms occupied and with different sort of poeple. Anyway, was great stay for me.

Very nice B&B, owners were waiting outside for us! Very friendly, room was nice & clean. Free coffee machine in breakfast room is a nice touch. Only 20 min walk to old town & about 10 to station. Would stay here again.

Very peaceful, nice and clean place, a pleasant room and a spacious bathroom. Friendly staff, possibility to have help in English. Good location, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the bus-stop when you are travelling to the airport or to the old town. On foot it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the funicular station. First time I stayed in B&B Donizetti, but I choose this place if I'll visit Bergamo again.

VERY NICE PLACE.VERY NEAR TO TRAIN STATION AND CITY CENTER.THE OWNERS ARE VERY POLITE AND THE ROOMS ARE SPACIUS AND VERY CLEAN.TAXI FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT 2O €.BUS STATION TO AIRPORT 400 METRES 2 € TICKET PRICE.
