Carla and Maarten were more than accomodating and welcoming. We statyed there with our two little children and enjoyed the B&B greatly. Reasonable prices, spacious room, separate dining and kitchen areas and no need to que for the bathrooms. Besides the outside noise coming from the street (fucia room) we had an enjoyable stay!

negativ : we regreted to have toilet in the bathroom and only 2 and we had to share its for 7 rooms X 2 person the door of bathroom /toilet directly in the little breakfast room....is not a good idea We had to prepare our breakfast ourself but the coffee was not real coffe, only "nescafé" for french people it is not really good, perhaps for english people it is ok ? positiv the 2 hotesses where kindly the place is really easy to visit Barcelone, the area is really beautifull, the room are spacious and clear, the kitchen is at our disposal to cook if we need

B&B à conseiller: très propre, lumineux, spacieux, bien accueillis, le tout dans un hôtel de style agréable dans un quartier vivant de Barcelone. Le défaut : la chambre bleue dans laquelle nous étions donne sur la rue, elle est donc très bruyante la nuit, impossible de dormir sans boules quiès ! J'y retournerais, mais je demanderais une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue ...

We had a lovely, quiet stay while we where there, although non smoking. It was very easy to get from the airport to the B & B, get the train from the airport, four stops which takes you around 5 minutes and if you dont mind a bit of walking its fairly easy, if not just get the bus or taxi to the front door. Our room (violet/purple) being at the back of the block wasn't blasted with street noise. The building was truely amazing and beautiful, it had its own old style lift that rattled when it moved through the floors but was not very loud as at the front of the building. It's lovely, decorated with high ceilings and ceiling roses which feels like absolute luxury. Carla and Maarten where fantastic and lovely people. They don't actually stay there 24 hours, just popping in to make sure everything is ok from time to time. All the breakfast bits were left there to help ourselves and the use of the fridge and freezer helped a lot. The banks close at 2pm so if you need any cash, get it before you arrive. Most shops open at 10am on Saturday and 9am in the week. We didn't have a problem with being mugged but we didn't give anyone the chance, as anywhere, home or away, stay vigilant, dont expose valuables and if your using your phone or camera, don't flash it to all. The best B and B experience we've had, expect us again because we loved it. Keep up the great service guys.
