I wasn't satisfied at all because, first of all, there're no signs of the b&b in the street and/or on the door, so it was very hard to find it and took me a long time. Then the toilet wasn't in the room, as it was supposed to be, but in the corridor and it was shared with the other customers. The room was really little and extremely stark ( no wardrobe, no chairs and even an electrical cable hanging from the ceiling!) Finally, when I paid, they didn't give me a bill, promising to send it by mail (but of course I'm still waiting for it!)

B&B PAU CLARIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, IT'S LOCATED IN A GREAT POSITION AND MARIA+HER MOTHER IS VERY FRIENDLY I SUGGEST THIS B&B TO EVERYBODY

The owner is not properly running the B&B. He/she is there only for a couple of hours per day. The B&B is not advertised outside the building or on the intercom (I wonder if this is an official B&B). Some of the the consequence are that the client has problem in entering the building and the breakfast is not served.

the location was great.the walls of the rooms were so thin that you could hear every noise from the street. Note for future clients: there is no sign on the main entrance of the building to figure out where you should ring! the owner was nice.we didn't receive any receipt for the payment though.

Very fine room and excellent location, but poor service from the girl staying at the flat (preparing very little breakfast, keeping the bathrooms equipped) . Stayed for 2 nights.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.
