Had fantastic stay, our hosts treated us like family and were warm and endearing, they could not do enough to make sure you were happy. The room was large and spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotless, and complete with ensuite. The breakfast selection was plentiful with lots of choices. The property was located perfectly for travel to all major sites in Tuscany, and was in a perfect setting, it's grounds are peaceful with beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside, and are well maintained, the pool is situated such that you have a wonderful view while relaxing. It was difficult to say goodbye....

Estancia excelente Eramos 4 , 2 adultos y dos chavales de 16 y 12. El lugar es precioso, en el corazón de la Toscana a 30 km de Florencia y a 25 de Siena, a 12 km de San Giminiano, a 35 de Volterra. La casa rural es preciosa, y su dueño, un señor muy amable y familiar. La habitación grande y espaciosa, eramos 4. Tienes restaurantes para comer cenar muy cerca en Poggibonsi (Rest. Alcide) y en Barberino. También hay un super (Coop) en Poggibonsi donde puedes comprar de todo, y comer en el jardin del Cipressino. Magnifica elección, repetiré sin duda.

What a charming B&B Il Cipressino is! We stayed for 3 nights and it was a dream! The rooms were clean and were decorated beautifully. After a long day of touring, it was wonderful to get back to these peaceful surroundings. The pool deck has a gorgeous panorama, and the gardens are very well maintained. The staff was helpful when asked about tourist information, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in the Tuscan countryside.

How to reach B&B Il Cipressino

By car
From the A1 highway, exit at Firenze Certosa, then take the Florence-Siena motorway for Siena and exit at Poggibonsi Nord. Then follow the directions for Barberino Val d'Elsa. After about 1 km, you will find Il Cipressino on the left.
