B&B Santo Spirito - Arezzo

The B&B Santo Spirito is located 10’ walking from the city centre, the railways station and the University, just beside the bus stops to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Sansepolcro and the city centre.

It is a renewed and spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen,two rooms and a bathroom with shower shared with both rooms.
Arezzo is very well located in the centre of Tuscany; to reach any place like Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Perugia and more, takes no more than two hours, by bus, train or car.
We are very expert about all the Italian territory and on request, we can organize transfers and tours everywhere in Italy or give you the best suggestions for your own journey!

1 - You have to go first to the reception office, located just beside the B&B: VIA CURTATONE 26, BELL: MUSTICCHIO/MARI or call at least 30' before to get to the B&B.
HOW TO REACH US from Arezzo railwais station; don't get out from the main entrance but from the back side, under the tunnel: take the “Campo di Marte” exit.
You will get in a small park; go straight, staying little bit on your right, until the street at the end of the park and cross it. Just in front of you, you will see a street with trees on both sides (via Masaccio); take it and walk straight until the first traffic lights; it is at the junction with the third side street.
This is via Curtatone; at this trafic light take on your left and after 50m you will find the number 26; the door is not on the street but in a courtyard before a tobacconist shop with a blue T like sign.
Ring the bell MUSTICCHIO/MARI.
Less than 10 minutes in total on foot.
This is the reception's address; from here an attendant will take you to the Bed and breakfast that is in the opposite street
