They canceled our reservation when we arived in Amsterdam. When we arived in the hotel!!! Two women told us that they haven't free room for us. But we have reservation!!! That is awfully. There is nothing to compensate that!

The first impression of the B&B was a little sceptic, but after check-in and as we got to our room, it was excellent! Nice, big and clean room, and the staff was really friendly! I would definite go back if I go to Amsterdam again.

Location is perfect! Staff welcoming. Rooms much worse than on the photos but I'm not sure you could find any better in that area for that price.

a good location, very close to the central bus station.it takes 5 mins to get there. but no any sign and advertise to show to customers, it took me spent almost 2hours for looking for the property. in the evening it was very noise becuase too close to railway.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
