Xaviera Hollander, the Diva, a Master of the craft of pleasure and comfort, also known in some circles as The Happy Hooker welcomes you in her Bed and Breakfast near Amsterdam, housed in an elegant villa close to the Dutch capital, in the plush Beethovenstraat neighborhood.
Her house is filled with art, musical instruments, mementoes and a steady stream of international visitors. The home is also available for seminars, dinners, cocktail parties and intimate soirées.
Xaviera is a perfect hostess and she offers guests the opportunity to spend a night or two in her house, have great amenities and service all at the same time. The perfect place for your relaxation, luxury and pampering desires! You don't need to be a sexual libertine to feel at home here, though it may help.

si vous aimez les aninaux , vite appeleez Xaviera.. des poils de chats sur la table , des crottes de chien sur le palier , et des petites bêtes suspectes dans la salle de bain!! On ne sait pas ou mettre les pieds tant c'est sale... Que xaviera fasse de théatre et rien d'autre....

The house was very dirty and the room and the bathroom too. The linen was used. I would recommend this property to nobody.
How to reach Xaviera Hollander's Happy House Bed & Breakfast
By car
Follow the signs for Amsterdam, then turn off at the RAI. Leave the RAI on the left hand side, turn left at the PISA Italian ice cream stand at the corner and continue a few hundred meters until you pass a bridge, which takes you to a T junction at the Stadionweg. Then turn right and look for the big sign 17 and the orange Suzuki in the drive way. A black sign with pink lettering is attached to the office window, saying B&B.
If you would like to take a tramway into the centre of town, take tramline 5 or 24 to the corner of Beethovenstraat/Stadionweg.

Xaviera offers you two elegant rooms:
David room is the smaller one but contains all luxuries including a queen size bed and radio/television. You will not be bored with Xaviera's staff ready to cater to your needs (not sexual, but every other!). Shower and toilet are located just down the hall.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from anytime after noon.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms before midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The extra bed in the Goliath's room is not included in the price and costs €20,00.
Internet access is included in the price.
Parking is not included in the price; details on request.
Breakfast is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card required to make all reservations. However,
full payment in EUROS upon check-in. Prices shown are NET,
and 5% Amsterdam Tax is additional. Parking available in our
private driveway: Euros 25/ day. Chauffeur service is
available from Schiphol Airport for Euros 30. /two persons.
In the event of cancellation, seven days prior to the
arrival date, one days room rate will be charged to credit
card. For a NO SHOW, the full amount will be charged to the
credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
