Parking available in our private driveway: Euros 25/ day. Chauffeur service is available from Schiphol Airport for Euros 30. /two persons. In the event of cancellation, seven days prior to the arrival date, one days room rate will be charged to credit card. For a NO SHOW, the full amount will be charged to the credit card.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

The house is full of dusty belongings of the owner. We did not understand why we were charged 20 Euros more in the middle of the 15 days sejour at Queens Day, may be to have the privilege to enjoy the garbage left by all after the flee markets at every corner. We have expected a discount or a free day for such a long reservation. We were "happy" seeing all kind of sex pictures on all walls of the house.

Room Details
Xaviera offers two elegant rooms, providing television, radio, and large beds for your ultimate comfort. Hairdryers are available on request.You can also choose the separate Chalet, the secluded love-nest, or honeymoon cottage which includes a queen size bed, radio, colour TV, DVD player, refrigerator, and ensuite bathroom with shower. It also features a private patio, facing the lovely garden, for warm weather dining and relaxing.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE The city tax is not incuded in the price (plus 5%). Private taxi service is available for an additional charge of €30,00 per ride. The extra bed in the Goliath's room is not included in the price and costs €20,00. Internet access is included in the price. Parking in the property's private car park is not included in the price and costs €25,00 per day. How to reach Xaviera Hollander's Happy House Bed & Breakfast
By carFollow the signs for Amsterdam, then turn off at the RAI. Leave the RAI on the left hand side, turn left at the PISA Italian ice cream stand at the corner and continue a few hundred meters until you pass a bridge, which takes you to a T junction at the Stadionweg. Then turn right and look for the big sign 17 and the orange Suzuki in the drive way. A black sign with pink lettering is attached to the office window, saying B&B.
If you would like to take a tramway into the centre of town, take tramline 5 or 24 to the corner of Beethovenstraat/Stadionweg.
