we asked and payed for breakfast. No problem they sayed from 8.30 uur We waited until 9.45 and than a boy came, breaking eggs with old bread and very cheap drinks, horrible coffee

If you are not looking for an adventure trip, stay away from this place. You can rather call Studio 14 Youth hostel instead of hotel. By the way, the kitchen and the breakfast room were stinking terribly. If you come to Amsterdam to spend your time in coffee shops, Studio 14 will be appropriate. In any other cases you should look for another place.

We booked a couple of nights. We never got a chance to stay in the room that had been booked but in a different one each night. Our stuff has been moved across 3 different rooms while we were away and part of it has been lost. We would not recommend this property at all.

Close to city which was good but got virtually no sleep as there was a very noisy beer garden and laneway right outside our window. The windows only opened at the top and you needed a pole to open and close them. We had to shut to block out some of the noise and could barely stick the heat as a result. Cancelled our second nights stay there as the owners did not have another room available. Website was very misleading as to rooms and noise levels

Staff is the best of the Studio 14. B & B very very interesting, especially for its excellent location (very central) and the large ambil staff, especially David, who is very friendly and helpful with everybody. Ah, and David speaks spanish too. Eugenio y Carmen.

Good hotel, very well located near the Red Lights. We were surprised when we arrive cause we had to pay the hotel and we thought that we had paid by Venere. In fact it was just the reservation we made with Venere. Just something wrong, our room was located just in front of a pub that closed at 2am or 3am on saturday and there was noise. But if you go out and go to sleep late, that's ok.

We spent 3 days in Amsterdam and was very pleased with the room. It is situated in the center wery close to everything

Despite of spending only one night, the room was excellent, large and clean. The bed clothing was also clean and well maintained. Improvements: for the price a free breakfast is to be offered. I would really recommend the hotel. Congratulations!

Close to citycentre. Great to live right in the city, clean sheets and towels, but the bathrooms need serious "cleanup" But its cheap and good beds:)

The quality vs price is ok considering the average price per night in Amsterdam. It was a good stay and, when returning to Amsterdam, I'll probably stay in Studio 14 again.

The location is really good but we have two problems: - Really steep stairs and there wasn't lift. - It's classified as a bed & breakfast but you have to pay extra for the breakfast.

the room was spacious enough, the walls had blood spots. The bathroom had a terrible smell, specially if you flush the WC. Clean sheets and towels, but insuficient

Very well located, the building is quite charming. No lifts. The steep stairs can be difficult and dangerous for old people or if you are not really "clear". Safe and clean, don't expect though any kind of luxury as a shower curtain or a phone in the room. The beds are comfy and the view over the canal we had from our room in the 2nd floor was really cool! Being used to real hotels, I found it very expensive for a hostel, but, it was a full Amsterdam in July... Nevermind the prices!

We stayed in a triple room at the top floor, the breakfast was not included in the price quoted, why do they call it Bed & Breakfast ?? Not much light in the room and the towels provided very scare. The price with the product offered was poor. I would not recommend it to others.
