We stayed in the red room situated at the top floor.Even if we arrived late, somebody was there with our key.Room was very clean and we could see the hotel was recently renovated(high quality). In the morning the included breakfast was excellent and our host made us feel very welcomed there. If we are to go back to Amsterdam we will definitely choose the same place. If you are not decided where to stay you should consider this property. You will be very satisfied.

Camere molto spaziose e ottimamente arredate. Personale super e buona colazione in una sala molto carina dove è possibili utilizzare cucina e frigor. Prezzo ottimo.

We have never stayed in such a terrible hotel by the introduction of Venere.com that we cancelled the reservation immadiately after one night stay even by paying the penalty in order not to destroy our precious vacation in Amsterdam. Until then, we were trusting the information from Venere.com almost without doubt and we were always right. But from now on, we have decided to be carefull to choose the hotel even on the site of Venere.com,

room on the third floor under the roof. Too high. Not very good value. I think you can find better. Poor breakfast. Sorry, I think I will not come again.

There is no reception at this hotel, which is a bit of a problem if you want to ask for something. We had no soap in our dispenser in the bathroom. The radiator in the bathroom was broken and on FULL BLAST heat for the whole time we stayed. I only got to mention this to the owner on the last morning, he said'oh yes, that only happened last week, was it too hot?'. I told him it was and we had to open the window , no offer of a discount for the inconvenience. No towels were changed over the 4 days, the bins were not emptied either. The guy working for the owner was very nice but overall i wouldn't recommend this place if you are staying more than 1 night just based on our experience obviously.

Wonderful B&B located just on the edge of the city center. The street it's on is fairly quiet, but it is only two blocks from the city center. The room i stayed in had been recently renovated, and was beautiful, clean, and modern. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful, but not too intrusive. Great value for the money. One note: the stairs may be hard to climb for those with mobility issues.

We stayed in teh American room, at the ground floor, the room was really nicely decorated and welcoming. The bathroom was fairly small but nicely organised, breakfast was great and the staff working there was extremely nice, relaxed, helpful and very welcoming. The location is also good, by the canal, near the main museums that can be reached on foot and also near a very nice area of market and restaurants. definitely a great place to go back or to go to when visiting ansd staying in amsterdam.

We spent an excellent time in Amsterdam, especially in the B&B. We were there in December, so it was quite chilly outside. That's why we especially enjoyed our stay in the cosy room. We took a hot, relaxing bath and felt great. We left on a Monday night very late. But we could stay in our room, and he didn't even charge us anything additional. Thanks again! The breakfast was great, too, and the employees are very friendly. The only thing that wasn't perfect was a clicking sound in the heating - but anyway, when we come back to Amsterdam, we'll definitely stay again at Rooms & Co.
