Nice Clean Rooms. Good location. Mario is a very friendly and helpful host. He gives a lots of informations.

Had an excellent stay at the Terazza and will certainly come back. The host- Mario is very competent and service minded. I recommend this place strongly!

Be aware that the property, lovely though it is, is on the top floor with 86 steps to negotiate from the ground floor. There is no lift. This is OK for fit, able-bodied people, but not to be recommended for those in poor health or accompanied by those who would find this too much of a challenge.

They don't lie! This B&B is simple, clean, quiet, friendly and cheap. Absolutely recommended, if you are not in need of luxury. 5 Minutes from the historic Center.

Close to the comercial area & historic center with terrace, a good offer !!! Mario our hote is really kind ! In 2011 there will be some noise occuring by day cause of building site really close.

By far the best value for money. This B&B is located centrally in Alghero, close to the old city, the docks and the beach. Every room has its own bathroom (mostly ensuite) and beautiful terrace (yes, everything is much better than the pictures!). Our room was spacious and clean, but the best thing was the owner's hospitality. He gave great recommendations and made sure we had a perfect stay. Ok, you will have to take the stairs to the fourth floor, but believe me, it's a staircase to heaven.

My first stay at La Terrazza but have been in Alghero at different hotels before. Nothing disappointed me;the location, the cleanness of the rooms and a simpatic and serviceminded Mario who gave the most for us guests. A perfect stay for me

Excellent B&B, very friendly owner, good breakfast, in a quiet part of Alghero: you get what you need. Good for your health, because you have to climb a lot of stairs to the 5th floor!

The owner was extremely accommodating and hospitable. He provided personal airport transportation and even drove us to the beach one day. He pointed us in the right direction for everything we needed. He dealt with our flight being canceled because of the volcanic ash and helped us get out he next day by ferry. overall a clean, spacious, comfortable B&B within walking distance to the beach. Mario is a fantastic host!
