Bed and Breakfast Villa Alisia - Villaggio Mosè, Agrigento

We are a family of 5 with children ages 10-6. Our stay at Villa Alisia was comfortable. The property is about 10 minutes from the temples (which is why we were in the area). We were able to find the property with no problem on our nav. system using the coordinates. There is plenty of parking and a beautiful pool area. Our kids enjoyed swimming after a full day of walking around the temples! Also, the owners were very helpful with providing directions and food recommendations. The room was a little small for our family (but to be fair must rooms in Europe are). Also, the credit card machine wasn't working. This wasn't a problem for us but if you are traveling with a specific amount of cash it could be. Over all the had a great stay and would recommend it to others with children.

Very nice people. It's a little paradise on earth... Recommend it to anybody. We even got to taste some sicilian dolci...

Excellent BnB I recommande this to everyone who stays near the Valley of Temples.

Quietly situated, not far from Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, with good views of the surrounding landscape. Good directions were provided in a separate email. The room was airy but not over-large. Each room opened to the outside but had no private outside space. The gardens and swimming pool were lovely, but on the first morning, when I would have swum before breakfast, the pool had not been cleaned and the surface was covered in big dead flies, but it had been cleaned by the next morning. The family were welcoming but spoke little English. The advertised internet service wasn't working. The breakfast area was nice, with outside seating available, but the breakfast was disappointing - self-service, espresso machine only, disposable plates and cups, and everything pre-packaged - although on the second morning fresh pastries were offered. It is not possible to pay by credit card.

Stayed here in August 2010 in a group of 3 (couple and one adult). A truly relaxing B&B set amongst grape vines, with a spacious courtyard and large pool area - plenty of space for a function too! Rooms were very clean and very large. Standard Italian breakfast was served each day. The host and her husband were very welcoming and very friendly. Despite the language barrier they helped us with all our queries, we even got to sample some of their delicious wine.
