Mr Raj and his son were extremely polite and helpful and the breakfast was excellent as were the facilities, would recommend the accommodation.

We had an excellent stay in the Garden Villa Homestay during our 2-day stay in Agra in February '09. Really loved this quiet place. Special thanks to the owner Mr. Rajbansh for all his help in planning our trips, organising transport, the excellent food and hospitality. PS: ask for Mukesh, the personal driver.

This is a 1st class B&B / Guest house. The owner/host has over 30yrs experience in tourism and is therefore extremely knowledgeable about Agra, Rajasthan and India in general. Excellent English is spoken and we were made to feel most welcome. Location is the only drawback as it is a new-build on a new development, but only 5 minutes from the main axis through Agra. Make sure you give your driver a map of the location and the owners telephone No. They will guide you in or meet you on the main road and lead you in. It's worth it! For only 200Rps we had a excellent Veg'n dinner, ideal for an early night before the early start for Sunrise. 2 Couples were staying, both with children and I believe they too will have positive things to say (not booked through Venere though)

Credit cards only holds the room; you still have to pay when you check out and pay in rupees.

I am really glad that I chose to stay at Garden Villas. Mr. Raj is very hospitable and quickly arranged transport from the train station as well as a driver to take me around to some of the city's world heritage sites. Both the driver and the homestay were a very good option for a single woman! I would also highly recommend having dinner at the homestay. Mrs. R is a fantastic cook. I've never enjoyed vegetarian food so much!

This is a fantastic little home stay, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet little place to stay away from the rat race of Agra. Absolutely fantastic.

The stay at the Grarden Villa homestay was excellent the only negative feedback I have is that the property was very difficult to find. This feedback was also given to the landlord who has promised to include a map on the website.
