The problem was not the hotel itself. The problem was Venere. I chose a hotel which, as indicated in Venere's web page, was at walking distance from the conference I was attending. Instead, it turned out that the hotel was located close to one and a half hour by S-train, U-train and tram, away. It was not even on the map! Spending three hours a day in a train is NOT the way you want to spend your week in Vienna. I am sorry, but this is just not good enough! I will think twice before using venere in the future.

We had a great stay here...The young people at the reception desk were hospitable and sweet...the breakfast was great...the swimming pool facilities were likewise very good...

Was disappointed that the pyramide has no longer the mega swimming pool it used to have. Otherwise I was very pleased with the hotel.
