Austria Trend Hotel Schloss Wilhelminenberg is located in the 16th district of Vienna, surrounded by picturesque Viennese vineyards.
The former castle was built in 1781 by a Viennese aristocratic, Graf Lascy, and rebuilt in the Neo-Empire style in 1904. After an eventful past the historic castle was transformed into a hotel in 1988 and completely renovated in 2003.
Today the hotel offers the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers, featuring beautifully decorated guestrooms, a magnificent Schloss-Restaurant, a terrace with breathtaking views over the city and several meeting and banqueting rooms.

The hotel surroundings are nice and charming, the views on Vienna City and the hills of Wienerwald are really great; one has the feeling to be in the countryside. But the downside is about the time it takes to get to the heart of Vienna, 1/2h by bus and by tube.

Two well traveled Americans requested a quiet room. Given a room over a reception hall with dancing and music. Asked front desk how long the music would go on and we were told 10 pm. Music got louder and went on until 2 am. Room also extremely dirty! Would not recommend.

Great location, room was very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet enough. Great view over Vienna from the restaurant window tables, but you have to reserve seats in advance (nobody tells you that on arrival). Evening dining in the restaurant we found not the first choice. Friendliness of staff varies from person to person, from very nice to not finding it worth to say goodbye to us after checkout.

Wonderful place and good hotel, good breakfast. One thing to improve – the available internet station - very bad connection and bad specialised interface. For the guests will be much more appropriate to have an access to the "normal" PC with high speed connection, not this "internet station"

I do like this hotel which is located in the quiet suburb of Vienna and has next-to-the-door connection with public transport. I will probably still choose this one if I visit Vienna again in the future.

By car
From the highway A2 take the exit Altmannsdorf and proceed along the Altmannsdorfer Straße in direction of the centre. Take the Grünbergstraße and follow the indications to Schloss Schönbrunn. Turn left onto Linke Wienzeile, then right onto Schlossallee. Proceed along Johnstraße and Possingergasse until reaching Thaliastraße. There you have to turn left into Johann Staud Straße. Go up the hill and after a few metres you will recognize Savoyenstraße on your right hand-side.
By train
The Südbahnhof railway station is situated about 9 km from the property.
The Westbahnhof railway station is located 6 km from the hotel.
