Hotel Austria Trend Favorita - Vienna

A modern, clean and very quiet hotel with very friendly stuff. Perfect connection with the metro to the airport, station or major attractions. Inexpensive metro tickets (also available are 1 day or 3 day passes or vienna tourist card). The next metro station is 5 minutes walking distance (Kepler Platz, Linie U1). From the airport take City train "S" S-Bahn No 7 or 8 to "Praterstern" and change into metro U 1 direction "Reumannplatz" and exit "Kepler Platz"). You'll find a little shopping street at Kepler Platz with food discounters and many more shops. It took us about 15 minutes from the hotel to the cathedral Stephans Dom in the heart of Vienna. The metro runs every 5 minutes. We'll come back to this hotel next time!

First day, perfect. Second day, good breakfast in the internal court but the room was not clean as expected. Third day, breakfast was no more in the place, in a conference room. In the evening, nobody was at the reception, we were around 10 people to expect someone arriving. The sauna and hammam was broken! At the end, we had our flight at 7:00 in the morning and have asked for the taxi. The receptionnist was not at the reception, we had to ring from outside to have him. He took 15 minutes for the check out and had not book the taxi. By chance we arrived on time at the airport. I will never use this hotel again.

We stayed in Vienna for 6 nights, for a conference. The hotel is not in the city center, but very close to a subway station, and not far from Südbahnhof (and Belevedere palace). It is therefore a very convenient location.

We are a Hungarian couple. We really enjoyed the stay, we had a great time. Next time we will visit it again if we are going to plan a weekend in Vienna. We find this hotel on the internet and were very surprised! Thank you!

The reception staff were not brilliant, nearly always more interested in their own activities. Otherwise good hotel, would stay there again.
