this was a great stay. loved this hotel. the rooms were really beautiful, as well as the bathrooms, we got a free wireless signal in our rooms, air conditioning, cable tv w. channels in german, english and italian. only drawbacks were that breakfast is not included, and it's not so close to the subway. it's actually closer to the tram, which is nice b.c you get a more scenic view of vienna, passing along most of the popular sites. i would definitely come back here when i'm back in vienna.

We spent only one night in this hotel. We were, generally, content about the conditions, exept the elevator that was in bad condition (no internal, safe doors were present). If someone has little cildren it could be dangerous.

Horrorosa atencion de el empleado nocturno, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no nos dieron soluciuones. Terminamos enviando un email al gerente y a la manana siguiente cuando nos ibamos nos ofrecieron tomar algo en el bar, pero la noche calurosa que pasamos, nadie la repuso. Los empleados nocturnos no estan capacitados para atender extranjeros.

When we came receptionist wasn't very kind and welcoming, he didn't want to answer questions we asked and we faced quite rude and unkindly treatment. Next day everything was ok, girl at reception was welcoming and frienly. But impression of visiting this beautiful city was irretrievably damaged. I'd estimate this hotel as a 3-star, room is extremely small (even for 3-star), but bed is very comfortable, bathroom is good. I think it's good for one night stay.

The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos, the breakfast is about 15 euros - which is not a competitive price at all. The hotel is situated in an area with easy acces to tramway D, which goes all the way to the center of the city and with the subway station Frieden Brucke, which makes it easy to reach the Schonbrunn Palace. Overall, a decent stay.

Nice place to stay. As for the property, no negative comments at all. Just a kind of strange story with authorising my credit card. Right after booking they held immediately the full amount and 15 percents more. Be ready.

No way a 4**** as rated in other cities. Would consider it's a 2** high/3***. However, well located to visit Wien by public transport or private car. Would stay again considering high prices of hotels in this city.

Overall it is a good hotel. Not very far from the city centre and easilly accessible by tram and U bahn. The service is good, and they offer a good breakfast. The Air conditioner did not function properly though, and I think they have a shortage of Housekeeping staff, which results in delays for service.

The taxi booked by the hotel (from Airport to hotel) charged me more than the price quoted by the hotel to me. Excuses (by the hotel and Taxi Driver) : - 1. We had a 10 months old child with us (something the hotel staff already knew before booking the taxi so they should have taken care of providing a child seat in the taxi if that is a law !!) 2. We had too much luggage (if having a suitcase,a bag and a box is considered too much luggage !!....I dont know what is less luggage) Its not a question of paying 5 or 10 euros extra !! (that would hardly make any difference to my fortune)....but the thing is commitment and trustworthiness of the words.. Rest was fine with this hotel !

The room was very clean everyday.With extra money you can enjoy sauna.The breakfast was good.There are good restaurants and bars around it.They recommend you a good restaurant.To access sightseeing place takes a little bit time.Staffs are all kind.

By car
From the Südautobahn (A2) proceed along Triester Straße, following the indications to the city centre. At Matzleinsdorfer Platz turn left into Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel. Turn right into Nußdorfer Straße, then left into Viriotgasse. Finally turn right again into Liechtensteinstraße. Go ahead for about 500 metres - you will recognize the hotel on your right hand side.
By train
From Westbahnhof railway station (3 km away) take tram line 5 and get off at Alserbachstraße.
From Südbahnhof railway station (3 km away) take tram line D and get off at the Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof station.
By airplane
From Wien-Schwechat airport take the city airport train (CAT) to Wien Mitte. There you have to change to underground line U4 and get off at the Friedensbrücke stop. The hotel is just a few minutes on foot from there.
