The hotel is excellent, this includes size of rooms, view, furnishings + quietness; the only pleasant staff are those working at the bar; those at the reception should be asked to do another job; they were unable to suggest where to do cross country skiing, where to go out for dinner & seemed not intereseted in their job; don't be discouraged for these comments because the hotel & its facilities are great
