Good hotel, ok for visit the city. Nice rooms, good staff and good restaurant. Public transport in front of the Hotel (Subway Line 1 takes 5 minutes to the Center). Superb welcome if you travel with a pet (small dog in our case).

There was no internet throughout my stay -- a serious inconvenience. The staff were pretty laid back about this, and very unaplogetic. I repeatedly asked when service was to be restored, but was brushed off with the explanation that it was the guests' fault -- too many of them had logged on at once! The buffet breakfast was of average quality. The restaurant is reasonable, but slightly expensive. There are few local alternatives, though it is an easy Metro ride to more central locations

Weekendstay in Vienna for the first time. Excellent hotel. First class service. First class room. Courtesy Champagne and fine chocolate at our room because of my birthday. Positive feedback by hotel-mail days after departure.

There is no bath tab in the bath room. Only shower is available. You must request the bath tab room if you would like to.
