Note: an automatic terminal, available 24 hours a day, is available for guests having a Venere's reservation number. Guests will also have the possibility to get the room key and directly pay with the credit card.

The hotel didn't even fullfill the most basic needs. The only upside is that it was super-cheap, but for that, we had no 24-hour reception (this caused some problems with the checkin), we had a very small room that smelled of smoke, no AC, no internet (we could barely make the wifi work even in the hotel hall), no anything. The room wasn't clean, and there was a loud engine noise all night just below our window (mostly truckers were staying here, so it could be a truck, but I'm clueless, why it went on all night), so we didn't really have even a good night's sleep here. The staff was nice, and tried to help our wifi-related problems, just wasn't able to. All in all, I would only recommend this place as a super-low-budget emergency option, because it fails even the most basic needs. We only stayed one night, and it was more than enough.

The hotel facilities are ok, in accordance with the price quoted. Hotel staff is very hospitable. Good choice for staying one or two days.

We came in the weekend, so there wer no employes, eand no public areas to visit. This problem was wel solved by giving informations on internet-mail . This was our first visit to Sausheim.
