We stayed for 1 night to break a jouney from Geneva to the UK. We are a family of 4 (children 3 and 7) and stayed in a quadruple room (1 large double plus bunk beds) which was fine: clean and also very quiet, considering that it is not so far from the autoroute. The only drawback was that the room was on the ground floor and has no air conditioning so it got a little stuffy over night (didn't want to leave the window open). However, I believe that they also have quad rooms on higher floors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The aren't many places to eat nearby (the hotel doesn't have a restaurant) but it was only 5-10 minutes to drive into Reims where there are lots of places to eat. We will use this hotel again the next time we make the journey.

Pleasant enough economic accommodations. Breakfast was a very reasonable deal compared to other accommocations we used in France. Consider emphazising more that the car trip to the center is relatively short and is no problem when chosing this location. Overall a hotel that can be recommended.

Without the proper address (1 rue Bernex) this is difficult to find. However the atmosphere is relaxed and once prompted staff are helpful with bus maps ets. Location is great- a playground and park just behind the hotel, easy bus service into town. overall highly recommendended.

FAMILY OF FIVE (THREE CHILDREN) ARRIVED AT AGREED TIME 6.00 PM AND THE HOTEL KNEW NOTHING ABOUT US. I WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH VENERE.COM AND IT WAS ONLY LUCK THAT THEY HAD ROOMS TO ACCOMODATE US. I SHOWED THEM THE COPY OF OUR BOOKING AND THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED IT. WILL NOT BE WANTING TO CHANCE USING VENERE.COM AGAIN.

Adequate room. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. You will be greeted by 3 huge friendly dogs that roam around the hotel.

A good balance of price and quality. Staff helpful and friendly. Although not in a scenic location, the hotel was placed conveniently for access to facilities and the autoroute. We would certainly consider staying there again

the only problem was the lack of address detail on the site. our sat nav couldn't pinpoint the hotel on the information given but we were lucky to have our lap top and roaming card so we connected to the michelin site and obtained an address for the hotel that the sat nav could pick up.

The directions on the web site are atrocious. We spent 4 hours driving around before we found the hotel. If you plan on staying there we suggest you ring 1st and ask for the correct directions. Also the address on the web site is incorrect.

I would not stay here again. The location is terrible, not easily found even with satnav. We requested adjacent rooms 3 months before our arrival date and this could not be accomodated. The hotel abuts against an industrial park--not the nicest of settings and there were a number of odd characters out and about staring at the contents of our car. Not the most enjoyable experience.

Mr. Perotin was very prompt and helpful in providing an additional key card and in coming up to show how to set the wake up alarm from the TV; also, in directing me to the nearest France Telecon pay phone, situated nearby in a huge E Leclerc store, within walking distance, that also has an exceptionally nice modern setting cafe with many selections of freshly prepared food. Gated parking after hours accessed by room key card is a nice feature.

Good enough stopover point although location is not exactly rural! Only 2 miles from Reims centre which is wonderful! Staff very pleasant, buffet breakfast for 7 euros is good value, rooms clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

arcantis hotel was very good for an overnight stay,i parked my motorbike in there locked car park,hotel good value with an as much as you can eat/drink breakfast.would go back again for a 2 night stay, to have a look around reims in my car,don't let the industrial part of the site put you off as it was not noisy at all.hotel staff very competent.

This place was extremely hard to find, the map on the website was almost useless and the address did not appear on Tom Tom. The room smelled badly of smoke and the manager was not able to change the room. The doors were closed when we arrived and only opened at 1800. All in all a rotten place to stay!

The hotel was very good. The rooms were functional, clean and quiet. The no smoking policy keeps the rooms fresh - great for non-smokers. There is a bar and communual area with free Internet access. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Receiving a welcome e-mail from the hotel gave confidence that the reservation was secure and there wouldn't be any problems. The location seemed safe and there is a gated car park accessible with your room key.

Nice place for a stopover. It's close to the highway but difficult to find if you take the wrong exit (like we did). The location is not the best but the rooms are very quiet and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good as well.

The Hotel was better than expected. The owner and family were very helpful and directed us to a bus stop nearby which took us into the city for 1 euro. We had to ask for directions to the hotel as it does not give an actual address. Those wishing to stay and who have a GPS the address is 1 rue Bernex - 51370 St Brice Courcelles. We would stay again.

The hotel offered much more than the website led us to believe! They had free wifi in all the rooms, as well as a hairdryer, flat screen tv, including a channel devoted solely to the city's tourism! The owners were extremely warm and accomodating, too, even offering us a ride (in their car, with them) into the city! Also, don't let anyone be discouraged by the fact that they have a big dog and a kitten; they too were absolutely lovely.

Very nice hotel but impossible to find with the location directions given on this site. Maps and directions need to be a lot better to find this hotel by car.

Our stay was peaceful, restful. The hotel was very quiet and spotlessly clean, the owner welcoming. The breakfast bar was plentiful, and the parking area very secure. The overall price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the facilities offered. The only downside was the absence of a good restaurant nearby. We had to make do for food with what we brought.

Very pleasant stay, staff welcoming and friendly. Ideal for overnite stop over. 5min drive from centre of Reims. Plenty of breakfast to choose from. Car was safe in a secure outdoor carpark. Sadly no hot water for showers in the evening of our arrival but plenty of hot water in the morning.

Travelling by motorcycle, excellent secure parking. Overnight compound, locked gates. Good Location. Easy to find off main ringroad. Excellent value for money. Surroundings a little industrial but taxis available from hotel reception/owner into Rheims approx 11 -14 euro each way. Satisfactory breakfast (continental)but plenty to eat. Good clean accomodation would recommend.

We are very pleased with this hotel. Well worth the money. We stayed for 5 nights. Very nice,clean and quiet room. Good breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful. Good location if you want to experience the Champagne-district. We will highly recommend hotel Arcantis.

For one night ( also with kids) was it excellent : good comfort for sleeping and awake refreshed for the next day ! Also the "late arriving" process is very good. We would come every time again to spend our night here. Thanks a lot !

I arrived at 4pm but could not get in to thte hotel until 6pm and had to wait outside. The room was nice. My payment was made twice and am still waiting for reply. So I am not satisfied with this hotel.

Charming proprietors, 2 big dogs friendly, and secure parking. Very good breakfast and great value for money. Not too difficult to find provided maps studied very carefully. Only a short stay but would go back. Web access free and computer permanently on by the bar. Very clean!

Coming from Paris we found the accommodation extremely difficult to find. On the other hand it was right by the motorway we needed for Belgium. Very nice place to stay with excellent secure car park.

Although we did have a bit of a problem following the instructions to find the hotel when we finally arrived we were pleased with the standard of accommodation. there were 2 very large dogs in the reception area who turned out to be very friendly. The service we received was friendly and competent. We stayed in a room for 3 which did rather lack space but as we were using the hotel for a stopover on our way back to England from the South of France it did not matter too much. It was good to have the car secure in a guarded carpark. We were able to use a computer to access the internet. We were told about where to find a restaurant and given directions. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we required. Breakfast was 6 euros but was well worth the money with a varied selection of food. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it is reasonably priced and in a good location. We hope to return to the area to explore further.

Generally, we were satisfied with the hotel. The price was quite cheap and owners welcame us with thier pets. The hotel is 10 min driving away from the city center, so you need a car to stay there. There is a Mcdonald and a big shopping center, which can be helpful. It is a very good stop-over hotel.
