Location was great the only good thing about the hotel.the room was allful,it was dingy,small,smelt horrid,you almost had to get on your knees to get into bed!!.We did ask if there was another room available they said they were full.

Don't ask to many questions....., just a bed on the way to St. Tropez. Clean and small. Needs some renovations. Breakfast was perfect. Ask for a parking space. The streets are not advised (nothing happened though)

The hotel was old and appeared dated. Our room was supposed to be for a family but was far too small for four of us. However the price was fair and the staff friendly and helpful.

Chambre pour 4 TRES petites : les lits sont à qq centimètres les uns des autres. Petits déjeuners corrects sans plus. Mais le tout pour pas très cher... Bien pour un passage éclair, pas pour un séjour.

There was a road block due to construction and had no alternate entrance to the street that the hotel was on.

The hotel is old which is fine except we did not expect to have peeling paint and mildew in the room. The bed was the hardest mattress we have have ever slept upon. The breakfast was awful and not worth the price at all. Our room was at the back of the hotel but the people in the houses were very noisy so we had to keep the window shut. We did use the air conditioning and it worked fairly well. After our arrival we did find other hotels which were nicer for the same amount of money. Would liked to have changed hotel, but we still had to pay for the second night so we stayed, unhappily. This hotel is close to the train station but far away from the main city square and the cathedral. Won't use this hotel again. They are doing rennovations so maybe it will improve. Let's hope so!!

Good atention. Receptionist speaks in spanish and french and she was so nice to solve our problems because in Clairmont-Ferrand no one speaks in english nor spanish, and people isn´t kindness.
