From Vienna, take the Salzburg - Tauernautobahn A10 motorway, following the Villach direction. Exit at Bischofshofen. Continue on B311 until Thumersbach.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. Check-in: the rooms are available from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.

Final cleaning is not included and costs EUR 35,00-40,00 per apartment per stay.
Stay tax is not included and costs EUR 1,30 per person per day.

A deposit fund of €100,00 is required upon check-in (refunded upon check-out).
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a cancellation 29 days to 7 prior to the arrival
70% of the stay will be charged on your credit card.
In case of a cancellation 6 days and less prior to the
arrival or no show, 90% of the stay will be charged on your
credit card. - Deposit payment with booking EUR 200,- free
of bank charges to hotels bank account.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
