A lovely studio apartment in a typical Viennese neighborhood, close to transportation, 15-20 minutes into the center. Very well equipped and very clean, among the nicest apartments we have rented. If you want your own apartment, a neighborhood location, middle class, and are willing to commute into the center (via tram, quite easy), this is an excellent choice. The owners/managers are committed and very service oriented.

First time to stay in an apartment in Vienna due to late booking, but we would consider it again. Our arrival, as advised was between 4-6 pm. We taken a few doors away to a different building. The interior of the building (no real lobby) had a very odd odor, but the apartment was clean and smelled OK. When we checked in next morning we learned that the phone system was to be repaired that day or the next. Also we were then able to get internet access. Directions for arrival, at least by train, could be made much easier to understand- and more direct. The only drawback was need to take train into town, but the public transportation is so good that this wasn't not really a problem. The station was less than a 5 minute walk. The apartment, though in a residential area, was next to the train track and did not fell totally comfortable late at night. With window closed, it was very quiet.

We can't comment about the photographs as we were given a different (and better, ground-floor)appartment than the one we had chosen on the internet. As for price, it seems to us that it is rather expensive for a one room appartment but then we are not familiar with Vienna prices.

Espacioso y agradable.Alejado del centro, si vas con coche muy bien ya que puedes aparcar en la misma puerta del apartamento.

Modern and spacious apartments, quietness, a bit far from the center but good communications by train or bus. The surroundings aren't beautiful but are quiet and with near services (supermarcet, restaurants, ...)

Excellent place to stay. Tram 43 is very close and the shops are nearby for daily shopping.

Apartment Ferchergasse was a good value. 15 minutes from the City center and trams run very often. Our apartment was located on the top floor and was overall clean. The apartment appears to be a converted attic area (sloping walls) and the bedroom was very small. You have to sleep with the windows closed or you will hear the nearby S-Bahn train tracks. Bathroom shower was on the small side (based on American standards). Big grocery store two blocks away and tram stop a block away. Overall, a clean apartment in a safe neighborhood.

There was not a microwave oven in one of apartments, electrik ketle should replace the old gas models. The rest is exelent. Strongly recommend. Big supermarket is nearby, 15 minutes by traine to city center by tram (evry 5 minutes), good furniture, exelent staff.

The appartment that we stayed at was excellent. However it wasnt the one in the photo and was in a different building, which was very close so that didnt matter to much. The location of the property to the city is about a 10 min tram ride we found it close to everything and easy to get to. The owners were extremely helpful and I would stay there again if going to Wien.

The apartment we were in was not actually in Ferchergasse but a couple of streets away. The people who run the apartments were great - and especially helpful when I fell ill. The apartment was very nice and spacious for a studio. There was a washing machine and dryer available in the building.

we comfirmed that our hotel would have a living room and balcony but when we arrived all those rooms were taken . Those are the features that we want and I searched the web in this area for this. If I knew there was a chance of not getting a balcony and living room I would not have reserved this room. These features are soooo important to us

Everything was very good, except that the house is near the S-Bahn, and the noise was disturbing. However, taking into consideration the moderate price (compared to other places in Vienna) this was not a big problem. The apartment was very good for our needs, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

A wonderful place, with friendly people in an easily accessed and enjoyable area outside of the core of Vienna. We highly recommend staying at Ferchergasse.

Only one comment - when we arrived the apartment we were shown was not the aprtment we had seen a pictured of on the website. This apartment was already booked, but as we arrived early we complained and were moved into this actual apartment. We were fortunate, but the people arriving late would have been disappointed like ourselves as the other apartment did not have a living room. The whole purpose of selecting an apartment rather than separate hotel rooms is that we have a shared living room. I think you should detail more information about the apartment specification to your Clients to avoid misunderstanding and disappointment.

the flat was excellent. kitchen, bathroom and rooms were very clean and comfortable. its only weak point was the distance from the very centre, while on the web page it was said to be in a central position. the overall valuation is very good.

The apartments were somewhat difficult to find, plus when we got there and rang for the office nobody picked up. Lucky for us the son of the apartments let us in and was so nice. The overall stay was excellent. Grocery store nearby and nice parks.

Overall, we were very happy with this apartment. It was not as spacious as we thought from the pictures shown on the internet. For example, our booking was a triple share and the third person slept on the couch which converted to the third bed. We thought that it may be helpful to have some basics included that travellers do not have the room to carry around such as tea, coffee, milk etc. Apartment was very clean and in a great location, just near the train, tram and bus lines. Supermarket was also closeby. I would recommend this accomodation.

The location of this property is on a small street that the taxi driver might not know. One end of the street is industrial (not pretty) and the other end, where the apartment is located, is residential. It is convenient to trams and buses: a short walk takes one to a laundromat (not easy to find, but excellent quality) where you may leave your clothes to be washed or do it yourself. It was fun being in a neighborhood outside of the tourist area. The bed in our apartment (#8) was comfortable, but not convenient if you have books or glasses to place on a table as you must get in from the foot of the bed. The kitchen is very small with very little counter space, but a toaster and coffee pot were provided, and it is fully equipped with a dishwasher as well. The main room is very spacious with comfortable seating. The owners were very accommodating with directions and suggestions.

I would highly recommend this address. Apartments are extraordinarily clean, quiet and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, micro-wave oven, toaster, etc.). It is also very easy and quick to reach the city center with the Strassenbahn. Friendly owners.

We found the property to be quite satisfactory for a short stay. The only drawback was the lack of on-site laundry facilities. The location of the property in relation to public transport is excellent. It is three minutes from both metro and tram. In fact the local tram route runs into the centre of the city (15 minutes). A large supermarket is five minutes away. We are happy to recommend it. The hosts spoke good English which made communication easy for us.

The only problem was that we could not obtain any contact phone number for the people whom we obtain the keys of the apartments. This poses a problem and would suggest updating the websites accordingly.
