Quiete appartment, very well located, near all interesting spots. Cash fee in case of late arrival could be reviewed according to flights arrival. To enhance quality of welcoming : personnel from Dimora was italian speaker (but understood english) did not explain the heating system (flat was really cold) !!!

We enjoyed a lovely short stay. Nothing seemed a problem for 'Monica' the representative who welcomed us. The only concern we had was,although lovely, the open plan steps to the dining room and opening doors to the balcony over the canal wasn't ideal for our young and thrill loving children!, although we would definately use this appartment again we would advise some sort of stair gate/guard if a portable one was available. It was possible to shut the door in the lounge/bedroom so we didn't go completely crazy! A lovely stay Thankyou!

The apartment was spacious and very nice also close to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the air conditioner was a portable room air-conditioner and was only adequate to cool one of the bedrooms. Also instructions should be left to vent it out the window so that the venting system did heat up the room more that the cooling part was cooling. We opened the windows and used the small fan to cool the other bedroom and that was okay (except for a few mosquito bites). It would have been nicer to have two AC units - one for each bedroom and two fans to circulate the air. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay

Very nice appartment, Good spacious rooms, very clean....Not bad value for Venice...could do with a new shower curtain and a double mattress rather than 2 together on a double frame........would recommend to stay here very enjoyable.

Very good location. Had to pay a late arrival fee because of a rr strike and would have appreciated a little slack on that. Staff was helpful and rooms clean.

When we first stayed in this apartment in 2002, it had just been refurbished and was excellent. It's still a great apartment - centrally located and plenty of space - but it's starting to feel a bit tired, and is need of a lick of paint and some tlc. The bathroom especially is very damp, paint peeling off the walls, and towels feeling very damp if you don't take them into the bedroom to dry. We still love staying here and will come back - but some maintenance required, please.

Compared to other apartments and hotels in Venice this was a very reasonably priced apartment. We were 3 people staying in the apartment - it would easily fit 4 persons. Very good location - easy to find. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Good location near San Marco and Rialto. Spacious apartment with good service provided at check in. Representative met us and took us to the apartment and explained the facilities and the nearby shops and services. the only problem was that the shower was very difficult to regulate the hot water and the stove was not working while we were there.

Very good location (only 1 min walk from S.Angelo Vaporetto Station). All rooms facing directly to a small canal, picturesque and quiet. Interior modern and clean. We spent a very nice stay.

I would never consider any other option for Venice, which can be a difficult town for accommodation. This was my best vacation in Italy, ever.

We had a wonderful time staying in the apartment it was excellent and made the trip to Venice superb. The ease of using the internet and the service by the staff was brilliant. We will definitely be using the apartment in the future.

Sant'Angelo is perfectly situated right in the centre of things, but at the end of a quiet alleyway which means no noise. The bedroom, dining room and sitting room all look out onto a small canal. The apartment has clearly just been renovated, with good quality furnishings; lots of space and everything very clean. One small quibble - a slightly smelly communal hallway, but once inside the flat (behind an extremely secure steel door with triple bolt lock!) none of this pervaded the apartment itself. We will definitely retrun - recommended.
