A tremendous city and a very nice flat. Location excellent. Parking and public transport is tricky and expensive in Venice. Maybe it would be a good idea to suggest a solution on the webpage.

Wonderful experience. Very good location, 50 mts from Rialto Bridge, the heart of Venice. Everyting at the hand. Very clean and confortable, wood on the floor and very clean. I stayed with my family (6 people) and we loved it. We will go back to Venice and definitly we will stay here again. Beautiful views of the San Bartolomé quarter. Don´t think twice, this is your place in Venice.

Great rooms and everything is spotless. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Lift upto the 3rd floor. And kitchen well stocked with cutlery. The square the apartment overlooks can get a bit noisy, so keep earplugs closeby. And there are mosquitoes in Venice. So be prepared.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 3 p.m. Check-in is not allowed between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment before 10 a.m.

The following rates apply and must be paid in cash upon arrival:
Check in/out between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.: €10,00.
Check in/out between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €20,00.
Check in/out between 10 p.m. and midnight: €30,00.
Check in/out between midnight and 2 a.m.: €50,00.
At your arrival we will be waiting for you at the closest boat station, to give you the keys and the first useful informations. The keys can also be picked up in our Point Office.
Once in the apartment, you will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 a.m. of the day after your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item.

VAT is included in the rates.
Final cleaning service is included in the price.
Linen and linen laundry service are included in the price.
