Excellent location close to Piazza San Marco. Comfortable and well appointed apartment with nice view of garden. Dishwasher didn't work and was full of mildew. Some problems with electricity resulting in blown fuses. Our mobile phone didn't work in Venice, though it worked fine at the car park, making communication with the staff extremely difficult. Best to have a back-up plan if this happens to others.

Hi, I have to say we were nicely welcomed by Maddalena (rental company employee). She had everything ready for us including breakfast for our arrival. The appartment is 10min walk from San Marco in a quiet area with small stores around. It is renovated. Towels and linen were provided (so you don't have to bring yours) First trip to Venice, flat highly recommended. Next time we would come we could come with one or two children :-) It is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and air-con (however we were there in March, so no need for it) We had sugar, vinegar, etc. available. Hope you will like it too! BR, AJ&MP

How to reach Apartment Guardi

By car
The property is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma or from Tronchetto, where guests can leave their cars. From Piazzale Roma, take the waterbus line 1 and get off at the Arsenale stop or take the waterbus line 82 and get off at the San Zaccaria stop.

By airplane
From the Arsenale stop, take the Alilaguna shuttle service leading you to the Marco Polo airport in about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Check-in is subject to a charge of €25,00, including the final cleaning. Later check-ins after 9.30 p.m. are subject to a charge of €40,00, including the final cleaning. The property's booking agency will contact you four days prior to your arrival in Venice to arrange your check-in. To simplify this operation, you are kindly asked to provide incoming flight/train details and a contact mobile phone number.
IMPORTANT: guests arriving on the 31st December must check in prior to 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Stay of pets incurs an extra charge of €25,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.We are not an hotel, so if you have some problem please contact us. At the arrival you must pay 25,00 Euros in cash for the final cleaning.If you arrive after 9:00 p.m. you will pay an extra-charge of € 15,00 for the check-in, so the total amount will be € 40,00. If you arrive after midnight, it is necessary to agrre the meeting and the price with the agen
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
