Apartment was comfortable and well equipped but had a strong, annoying smell of humidity and mould in furniture, walls and mattresses. Considering this, price was too high

there was no teapot; it should be easier if there was one. the front door doesn't close easy; it's impossible to close it without making a terrible noise.

This appartment is in a very good location. Clean and quiet. Very convienient for a family to stay for a few days. However, you need to make sure that brining some basic supply with you (eg. soap and shampoo). Will use them again if we go back to Venice. As long as you know that this is an appartment rather than a hotel room, you will be happy.

We found the apartment very suitable for us and in a quiet cul de sac.The rooms were large enough to not feel claustrophobic - given that there are no views at all from this property.We found the representative arrived on time to greet us and take us to the property but was not prepared to give more than a rushed introduction re everything concerning the apartment and our stay there.We found her a bit offhand and later in the week when we had problems with losing all the power in the property she was not answering her mobile phone and the office was not able to help at all, although it was only 5.30 in the evening.I was put through to a national helpline who basically hung up on me after I explained the problem.Still, we managed to buy candles and matches and the neighbour upstairs came down and located the fuse box outside for us.It would have been helpful to have known this information in the first place as it was easy enough to get the power back on again. Apart from these comments, the apartment was in a very good position and in a street offering restaurants, supermarket, other useful shops and close to the park and the lagoon for those wanting to take strolls by the water.We would rent this apartment again, especially as we now know how eveything works.

From the highway, follow the indications to Venezia centro and then to Piazzale Roma, where parking facilities are available. Take vaporetto number 1, 51, 52, 41 or 42 to the Arsenale-Giardini stop and walk from there.

By train
From Santa Lucia railway station, take vaporetto number 1, 51, 52, 41 or 42 to the Arsenale-Giardini stop and walk from there.

By airplane
From Venice airport, take the bus to Piazzale Roma and continue until Arsenale-Giardini by vaporetto number 1, 51, 52, 41 or 42.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 3 p.m. Check-in is not allowed between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment before 10 a.m.

The following rates apply and must be paid in cash upon arrival:
Check in/out between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.: €10,00.
Check in/out between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €20,00.
Check in/out between 10 p.m. and midnight: €30,00.
Check in/out between midnight and 2 a.m.: €50,00.
At your arrival we will be waiting for you at the closest boat station, to give you the keys and the first useful informations. The keys can also be picked up in our Point Office.
Once in the apartment, you will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 a.m. of the day after your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item.

Final cleaning service is included in the price.
Linen and linen laundry service are included in the price.
