I would highly recommend this apartment. We were welcomed by an english speaking person which really helped. We chose an apartment over a hotel as we were visiting with 2 small kids and this apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and had all the essentials. It's up some stairs so may not be ideal for anyone who finds stairs difficult. One point to note is that we were charged a late check in fee - the website said late check ins can be arranged but not that this was dependant on paying a late check in fee.

How to reach Apartment Frari

By car
From the highway, follow the indications to Venezia centro and then to Piazzale Roma, where there are parking facilities. The apartment is very close to the piazzale.

By train
From Santa Lucia railway station, take vaporetto number 1 or 82 to the Piazzale Roma stop or walk 5 minutes.

By airplane
From Venice airport, take the bus to Piazzale Roma, very close to the apartment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. From 8.00 p.m. to midnight an extra charge of €50,00 will apply. From midnight to 1 a.m. an extra charge of €70,00 will apply. After 1 p.m. check-in is not guaranteed; when it is possible an extra charge of €100,00 will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you are forced to cancel the resrvation. we charge by your credit card: between 30/25 days before arrival: 30% of total rate. between 15/5 days before arrival: 50% of total rate. 5 days before arrival or no schow:100% of total rate.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
