exterior Self Catering Apartment Ca' Biennale exterior Ca'Biennale is a nice and completely furnished private apartment with typical wooden beam ceiling , located in the lively Castello district, in the heart of Venice: with a short but panoramic walk guess can easily reach one of the most beautiful square of the world: St. Mark’s square.

Ca’Biennale has an independent front door and is composed by a kitchen, completely furnished with fridge, gas stove and electrical oven, a small sitting room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double queen size bed, and a big modern and restored bathroom with shower.
On request is possible to have one more single bed in the room (the cost is just the one of bed linen, in case you need it).
For children up to 3 years on request is possible to have a small bed at a cost of 15 euro (bed linen included).

The apartment is furnished with: independent heating system, bath shower, electric oven, washing machine, LCD television, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.

The flat is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The location was great for going to the Biennale, literally steps from the door and the main focus of our trip. If you have a young family there is a playground also in the gardens that you could easily take advantage of. Otherwise, you may well miss the charm of being closer to the canals and the neighbouring grocery stores aren't as well stocked as in other areas. That said, there were no stairs to climb, our host was exceptional in welcoming us and fresh fruit and vegetables were easily bought in the morning off one of the boats.

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable, l'appartement est situé très près du parc où se produit la biennale de Venise sur l'art dans un quartier qui est tranquille ce qui fut très apprécié. L'accueil a été très chaleureux.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: between 3.00 p.m. and 20.00 p.m. For any late check-in (after 8.00p.m) a supplement of 30 euro will be charged on the spot.
Check-out: Within 11.30 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled with no charge within 20 days before arrival. In case of cancellation over the above mentioned terms, these charges will be applied: 30%: 19 to 10 days before the arrival; 50%: 9 to 1 days before the arrival; 100%: no show
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
