Location was excellent and what more can i say it was the best holiday ever. All in all WONDERFUL.

The air conditioning didn't work. As it was necessary to have the windows open at night we didn't sleep due to the noise on the canal and street. That is the only reason I say that the price does not math the quality. The location was excellent. Other than the air conditioning so was the apartment.

We stayed in Bortolo 2 for three nights with our two kids aged 9 and 11. It was a nice apartment and best of all we loved sitting on the balconies and watching the gondolas and people passing below. As it was self-catering it would have been great to have been given directions to the nearest food shop - scarce in that part of Venice, especially on a Sunday, which was our first day. It was a great base to explore the city from and to come back to at the end of the day. It's only a shame the air conditioning was so noisy and so ineffectual.

I booked Canal View Apt 2 for my parents & uncle and they loved the apartment & the location. Mrs. Donatella met them & took them to the apartment & even arranged a water taxi to pick them up for the end of the stay. They enjoyed views of the canal! They would stay at the apartment again and will never book a hotel.

The apartment is above average. It is located on the 2nd floor near the Rialto bridge overlooking a small canal which is great. The views are excellent and it is great watching the gondalos go by. The apartment was quiet. The apartment is near the Rialto market, so it is easy to purchase groceries. There is great pizzaria, Bora Bora downstairs, some of the best pizza we had in all of Northern Italy. It was just two of us, my husband and I. The bed was OK, single mattress. The bathroom is small but functional. The living room, kitchen and dining area were above average. The staff showed us the apartment and disappeared. They lived upstairs but we never saw them. There is a washer machine in the basement of the building, no dryer, so you will dry everything in the apartment on a drying rack. The Venere web site was great and we highly recommend it.

My family of 4 stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. The location was excellent and very easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (like sugar, coffee, filters). The separate bedroom was quite spacious and very comfortable. The location was fairly quite in the evenings. We enjoyed looking out over the little canal behind the apartment. Bathroom was clean and adequate. The apartment was a better value than trying to rent two separate hotel rooms for our family. Overall very pleased.

great location, close to all that was needed to feed family and experience life a few days as a venetian,loads of fun for all watching river craft of all kinds ,from our windows ,so close to all the action but a lovely quiet retreat for a siesta .

Extremely nice rental apartment and very comfortable for adults and children. Nice kitchen facilities offered. Excellent location! I would like to return to this place in the future!
